This was an absolutely amazing stay for our group. There was plenty of space and it was in a great location that was walkable to multiple areas nearby and an easy Uber ride if we wanted to go farther away. This place truly had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Would recommend to any groups staying in Dallas and we would love to come back if we are in the area again.
Beautiful place that is on a quiet street and within walking distance of Deep Ellum. Ahmed’s place looked exactly like the photos and was a lovely spot to spend a few days in Dallas (and enjoy the pool on a hot day)!
This was truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had, and I’ve stayed in many. The property is beautiful and actually looks even better in person—the photos really don’t do it justice. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants and bars within walking distance, a supermarket just a block away, and many more spots only a short drive away. The host was excellent—very responsive, accommodating, and flexible throughout the stay.
We had a great three night stay at the Deep Ellum house on our trip to Dallas for the Cotton Bowl and to celebrate New Years. The house is awesome and Ahmed is a great host. While the property is not in a traditional residential neighborhood, it felt very safe and was super convenient to be near downtown and have a grocery store just a few steps away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at over 70 Airbnb's and were immediately impressed with this one as it exceeded our expectations! Perfect for hosting a dinner party especially considering the dining table seats 12! Chef had everything they needed, room for bartender to set-up their own bar, fit comfortably in the living room to watch a magician we hired. Guests enjoyed playing pool, exploring the house and comfortably socializing! I do recommend reading the message instructions fully as you received them.
We hosted a joint bachelor and bachelorette party at Ellum House, and it was everything we dreamed of. The murder mystery dinner was a hit; dramatic, hilarious, and perfectly staged in the open-concept space. Our summer camp theme brought daytime fun with pool games, crafts, and balcony storytelling. The host was exceptional: responsive, flexible, and fully supportive of our creative plans. The house itself was spacious, stylish, and ideal for group bonding.
I have ever stayed in. Ahmed’s home is beautiful and he is super nice and always willing to help. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Dallas.
Wow. Gorgeous home with all the amenities!!! Every detail is thoughtful and curated and host was extremely responsive. Only thing missing in the house was wine glasses. But we made do. Would love to stay again. Five stars all around.

A very cool house with lots of space. Contemporary furnishings. Comfortable beds and living space. Coffee pods, water bottles, complimentary. Had the nightclub close by not pounded music until 2am I would have left 5 stars. We were awake every night ( Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights) because of this. Even with doors shut tight.
The place was in perfect condition and exactly matched the photos. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. The host was responsive when needed and made accommodations when there was weather-related issues, which was very much appreciated. The place had something for everyone and was perfect for our large group.
The property was beautiful! All of my guests absolutely loved it. It had all necessary amenities for everyone, the kitchen was fully stocked, the space was great, and the location was private and convenient. We had a seamless checkin/checkout process and Ahmed was very helpful in answering all of my questions and preparing us for the stay ahead of time. Would book again!
Very beautiful property, lots of stairs as host describes so be ready haha. Street parking available for multiple cars however just one covered parking.All in all, enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back.
Great modern house. We loved the pool area. Free street parking and able to easily get around Dallas. Lots of great restaurants to walk to. There is quite a bit of noise from the surrounding clubs at night. We had a great visit.
I thoroughly recommend Ahmed's place. Easy to find, even bigger than the pictures and in a great location. We were attending a conference and accessing Dallas was incredibly easy, Ahmed's communication was very clear and quick. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is absolutely incredible! Feels like every little detail has been thought of from the espresso machine, blankets, steamer etc. I hosted my groomsmen here and they could not stop talking about this house! Ahmed is an awesome host and we will definitely be back.
We had a great stay at Ahmed’s place from Thursday to Wednesday! The location is perfect—close to amazing restaurants and just a short ride from local clubs that stay open until 2am, which made our nights out super easy and fun.The home was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. We especially loved the patios—great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Ahmed was a thoughtful and responsive host, keeping us informed of any maintenance ahead of time, which we really appreciated.

This home is unreal! I had an amazing birthday weekend stay. Ahmed was the most professional host and communication was efficient. Beautiful building with a unique and visually striking aesthetic. In particular we loved the kitchen and dining area and how modern and relaxing the entire home was. Loved the rooms and bathrooms plus the central gathering area was great for our large group. Access to points of interest was easy and quick due to its proximity to downtown Dallas as well as a grocery store within walking distance that made stocking up convenient.
Felt like a VIP from the moment we walked in the door. We were stunned by the beautiful property and amenities. The pictures made it look great, but being there in person was even better. This is not always the case for some Airbnb's. The only thing I would add is for future renters to beware of adding additional people. For instance, I was surprised that adding a spouse last minute - someone who would stay in the same bedroom with a previously disclosed guest - would add an additional $350 to a four night stay. I get it that adding another sleeper to the bedroom situation means that additional bed linens have to be cleaned and was happy to pay that additional per person surcharge when I added another single teammate to my work team stay. Still, we would book this place again in a heartbeat. First class experience. Amazing kitchen. Really great beds and bedding. Beautiful bathrooms. Lots of little touches that made it stand out as a premium experience.
Great location! Close to many restaurants, night clubs and bars. It’s also next door to Starbucks and Tom Thumb. Would definitely stay here again.

We had my 30th/bachelorette weekend at Ahmed’s place. We all absolutely loved it! The kitchen & bathrooms had everything. Tom Thumb grocery store is within walking distance. The home has a Nest thermostat that is easy to use. The windows make the house a little toasty. If you turn the air down & use the “hold” feature, you’ll be golden. The place is beautiful, clean, & bright. I would bring a sleep mask if you like darkness.We had 5 cars & everyone parked in the street with no issues.
A great place to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and places downtown. The pool is fun.

This place was great! It was huge and spread out on 4 floors. Place was absolutely perfectly clean. Great communication with Ahmed as well. Parking was the only issue. He stated clearly parking availability, so that was helpful. We had enough room for one car in driveway and two on street. We didn’t feel completely safe having our cars on the street since the area isn’t in a neighborhood and more industrial, and when we pulled up there was glass all on the ground where we were parking.
We loved this place and if we could, we would've stayed forever 😍 Very spacious and clean.

This property was spectacular. We travel to Dallas annually for the 4th of July and this is by far the best home we’ve stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice. So if your staying here please treat it like it’s your home because we want to utilize it indefinitely for Annual Family Vacation to Dallas.
Beautiful decor. Kitchen had EVERYTHING (even two ovens!) - we’ve never had a kitchen so stocked with spices and gadgets. Plus extra touches like chargers and backup toothbrushes/toothpaste/everything.
The interior design is something out of a magazine, the amenities are amazing, the home is perfect for large groups, or a romantic getaway in the city with your significant other the pool is amazing, the gym downstairs is great for stretching or shadow boxing. It’s close to everything fun in deep ellum, lots of fantastic restaurants in the area, and a short ride to the Cowboys stadium. 10 stars if possible.

A stunning spacious home built with quality and care, Ahmed’s property was pristinely appointed and incredibly comfortable and private. Walkable to very lively Deep Ellum and a short drive to downtown Dallas, this massive home has multiple lounge balconies with stunning city views. The layout is great for groups and every detail and comfort has been considered.

I don't know who his/their interior designer is but there was no detail left out. It was extremely considerate of every scenario you could think of being a guest. The highlight of the accommodations was the custom built bunk beds. Each bed was queen in size and provided a nice personal touch despite its structure. Every amenity was available to us and we were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
